BespokeLMS platform services are provided under a separate client agreement. These Terms of Service govern use of the marketing website only. If you are an existing BespokeLMS client, your platform usage is governed by your client agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEACH HQ LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of this website shall not exceed £100.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
